In this short film, the participants in the Marcha da Mouraria 2017 describe in a few words what they feel when they march representing Mouraria’s neighbourhood during the annual parade of the Marchas Populares de Lisboa.

After the first video in which I asked the participants in the Marcha da Mouraria what they felt when they march representing the neighborhod, in the second and last video of this series I asked residents in Mouraria and former marchantes what the feel when they see the marcha parade along the streets of Mouraria. The video was shown in the neighbourhood during the general rehearsal of the Marcha da Mouraria 2018.
